This is a 66 room luxury hotel within the Jindal Steel and Power Township at Angul, Orissa. The structure houses an Experience Zone for guests visiting the township, 100 covers Restaurant, Spa & Wellness area, Banquet Facilities with lawns. An upper level road leads to the entrance canopy which is connected to the experince zone across a reflecting pool. Tucked underneath the canopy and experience zone are services and parking. The guest rooms are on the top three levels have large angled windows that are oriented away from direct solar radiation. The base is clad in a dark rough stone reminding of a quarry with the upper hotel floors intended to float on the top in a white shimmering cladding.
